Some xtra tips for you!

    Hey~!
    Today our daily news is 'A Healthy Tips 4 girls'.
    Here are some tips :

    - drink a lot of water, 2 litre a day if possible
    - eat a lot of fruits ( an apple a day keep the doctor away)
    - keep exercising
    - meditation for relaxing ( hehe)
    - not too much carbohydrate
    - eat less junk food
    - and don't forget keep smiling n shining
    And a beauty sleep every night......
