I knew many of you had tried the Ipoh famous Salted Chicken before, but this is only my second time trying it out. What a shame that an Ipohrian hardly eat the famous dish in Ipoh. Anyway, here is some sharing for my readers. Sorry for the late update on my blog as am busy with studies lately. Will update whenever I am free to do so.

The salted chicken tasted tender and juicy from the essence of chicken, steamed to perfection! It is steamed in wrapping paper with rock salt. By the way, it is marinated with chinese herbs before steam. Therefore, there are herbs scent along with the salty taste.
