It rained during our water carnival so we had to go inside and entertain ourselves. We decided to do karaoke. It was the best!
I love my girls:)
8th Ward is the best!
Oh my heck so we did a fear factor challenge. It consisted of: eating baby food, anchovies, blowing a balloon with your nose, flour in your face, and this one...I could not do it. The bottom is m&ms topped off with ketchup. yuck.

This year I have been on a committee planning out a "super" youth conference for our stake! After lots of meetings, planning, and hard work it all finally paid off. We spent 3 days on the campus of ISU playing games, feeling the spirit, getting to know each other, listening to speakers, and eating yummy food of course! Rachel was admitted into the hospital the night before I left because she had a kidney infection and so it was really hard to leave, not being there for the family. I didn't have the best attitude in the beginning but they challenged us to forget about ourselves and focus on making others have fun. I took up that challenge and ended up having a great time! I met new people and strengthened friendships as well as my testimony. The theme was Faith over Fear and I really enjoyed singing "Be Strong" and a new rendition of "Praise to the Man". Music really brought the spirit. The testimony meeting was strong and we were all so united by the end of the conference. I'm grateful to live in a strong community where I am surrounded by the gospel and I know I take it for granted sometimes but I am blessed with the people that are in my life.Source URL: https://lifestyleartsblogs.blogspot.com/2010/07/faith-over-fear-youth-conference-2010.htmlVisit Lifestyle Arts for daily updated images of art collection
