I have spent the last couple of weeks updating and re-writing the text on all of my web pages. I used to create the webpage using tables but the net suggested using div and its more seo friendly. So having spents hour's re-wrting the code I have uploaded the new site that looks exactly the same as the old one. Yesterday I got Google to delete my cached webpage which they did over night so I now have to wait for it to be re-indexed. You don't want to know how many keyword density SEO sites I have hours over this. I have definitely optimised my on page SEO. I promise to never to talk about this stuff again!
