After a rainy morning, the skies cleared and sunshine broke the grey to give Laura & Chris a lovely summer's day for their wedding. They were married in the beautiful Our Lady & St Edward Church in Lyndhurst which although small inside was very ornate and gave a lovely atmosphere to their service. On the way to the reception we stopped in the New Forest to create some unusual and beautiful shots of the couple. Their reception was then held at Brockenhurst College in a specially erected marquee just for this one time.
A beautiful wedding full of small touches and a lovely happy couple created lots of great photo opportunities for me throughout the day.
Laura's make up in progress
Laura's mum made all the dresses for the day and helps Laura into her creation
Laura in thoughtful mode
Chris is helped out with his tie
A perfect moment, a wink before the brides arrival say's everything
During the service the light shines in
A lovely view of the church front and couple
Your husband and wife!
Some of the shots from our walk in the forest
The cakes await
Some vintage detailing
Can you feel it moving?
Laura was a Barbie addict when growing up so what better present to surprise her with than her very own Ken and Barbie just married set
Sometimes all you need is a white wall at a venue to help create some beautiful portraits
The dancing begins with a very impressive first dance
