Memorial Day Weekend

During Memorial Day weekend I took my camera up to my parent's cottage. I experimented with new lenses and techniques. Here are some examples of the fun I had!

An oldie...

I thought I'd share this oldie with you guys :)
This is something I made on my journal in 1993.
I made the base of the faces with
my fingerprint and then added the features with ink
and colored them with watercolor.

Portraiture

With the wedding season upon us I thought it might be a nice time to take a breath and mention the portraiture side of my business too. Photographing people on their biggest days is such a fantastic and rewarding experience and full of opportunities to capture emotion, beauty and happiness, but it's also nice to have another side to my business that lets me capture individuals, couples and families in a lifestyle or fashion style environment too.

Maybe your looking for a present for your parents or loved ones, are a model/actor looking for some more folio images, you'd like a romantic shoot to celebrate your engagement or you just want some natural, beautiful pictures of your baby or kids. Whatever your requirement I'd be delighted to hear from you to discuss ideas with you.

New Forest Break

It isn't often your lucky enough to sneak away on a quick holiday with the kids and grandparents in tow. The weather had been brilliant all of April so it was no surprise when our few days on the coast at the start of May was met with wind and rain. Fortunately the New Forest is a great place to take the kids and relax with loads to do. Here are a few shots of the family enjoying themselves and some classic English beaches.
